About Us

Sparks Immigration & Document Services (Sparks IDS) was formed by my wife and I, who ourselves have gone through the process of obtaining a K-1 Fiancé Visa for Alejandra. Our story together started when we met online in 2024 and quickly realized we wanted to be together. There was only one problem:

She lived in Peru. I lived in the United States.

Little did we know we had an immense task ahead of us, full of grueling processes and so much paperwork that we felt solely responsible for the deforestation of the Amazon. It was painful and it took forever, but after over 18 long months of waiting and being apart, we finally succeeded!
We've been inseparable ever since.

We realized something, though. We're not the only ones, and while we eventually made it through to the other side, we had a hard time finding meaningful help. We hired lawyers, and all they did was confuse things more and destroy our finances. We reached out to others, but everyone had their own opinion that didn't align with the official process (or the law, in some cases). Thankfully, we didn't follow the advice of others without question. We'd have failed.

That's why we decided to start this company. To help people, like yourself, who just need someone to make sense of it all. We want to help you achieve your dreams just like we did. No confusion, no unfair fees, and certainly no unnecessary hassle. Just humans helping other humans.
